It's Time to Begin Your Journey
When we begin working together, each one of my clients takes the Energy Leadership Assessment, a powerful tool that can help you reduce stress, choose how you show up in every situation, and become a more effective leader.
This is the foundation of my coaching, and a model I use daily to self-coach. It uncovers what’s holding you back from success, joy, and purpose on the deepest level so together, we can begin creating the life you want and deserve.
I’ll lead you through my proven and unique process to set goals based on your core values, and we’ll create a strategy to help you begin working toward those goals right away.
I’ll help you identify the “not good enough” messages that are holding you back in every area of your life, so you can rewrite the stories you’ve been telling yourself and fully step into your worthiness.
I’d love to support your journey as your coach. If you’re interested in learning more about how you can build quiet confidence back, understand your unique value, and create a career you love, schedule a complimentary call.

Shannon’s coaching style really helped me raise new awareness and find solutions. I am able to envision new opportunities for different aspects of my life as a result of our coaching relationship.
I would most definitely recommend Shannon to anyone who needs inspiration and guidance to achieve the things they really want in life.
The explanations and exercises she led me through were enormously helpful to me, as I learned about myself and my reaction in stressful situations (which I felt I was in a lot).
She helped me gain the clarity I needed around my true motivations, goals, and values professionally, but it impacted my personal life as well.
Shannon has done a great job coaching me! In every session, she has provided a good balance of empathy, challenge, and a new perspective for me to ponder (and take action on).
She clearly has both a natural gift and a passion for her profession.
As an introvert (INFJ), being in crowds and trying to sell things do not come naturally to me, but as an artist, I am constantly finding myself in exactly those situations! Shannon helped me change my perspective and create a new approach to art shows and sales that allowed me to share my work while staying true to myself.” – Amy
If there’s a challenge in your life that you need to work through, Shannon is an insightful and empathetic guide. If you’re an introvert as well, you’ll find that she really gets you and can help you make lasting changes in a way that is genuine to you.
Shannon is an awesome coach. I had many issues around relationships, self-esteem, career, and so on where I needed guidance. Shannon is a fantastic listener and she consistently captured and uncovered the deep seated issues I was struggling with.
She handled my situation very delicately, yet professionally, and asked very empowering questions!
The other amazing thing about working with Shannon is her approach to using the seven levels of energy. I definitely did not understand this at first. Does this have to do with chakras or something? No! It’s a way of framing our thought patterns that is so sensible and useful I feel like everyone should learn it. It really helped me approach situations more mindfully and I continue to work on it when I can.
As we worked together, I ultimately gained the ability to be more calm and confident in stressful situations, where previously my reaction was to shut up and keep my head down, letting anger and frustration build up inside me.
She led me through several exercises to show me my default energy level (apathy/anger) and coached me on how I can recognize when I’m there and more importantly, how to get out.
As a result, my interactions with colleagues are more productive and less anxiety-inducing. I feel more sure of myself in leading in my own way, not feeling bad when I don’t act like others around me.
I have a clear vision of where I want to be in the future that is motivating and joyful to me. I cannot thank Shannon enough for what she’s done.
