As an introvert, you’re likely a really good listener, spend a lot of time lost in your thoughts, love in-depth, one-on-one conversation, deeply desire meaningful work, relish your alone time, and…
all too often, feel profoundly misunderstood.

It’s tough being an introvert in an extroverted world, particularly in the corporate world, and so many of us masquerade as extroverts because we think that’s the only way to create professional and social success.

Owning your unique value as an introvert is the true path to your success, and this begins with understanding the way you’re wired. Only then can you learn how to step into your worthiness and use your introversion as your greatest strength.

It’s my mission to create a community where you can gain that understanding and feel less alone, while connecting with others who approach the world like you do.

What Clients Are Saying

As we worked together, I ultimately gained the ability to be more calm and confident in stressful situations, where previously my reaction was to shut up and keep my head down, letting anger and frustration build up inside me.

She led me through several exercises to show me my default energy level (apathy/anger) and coached me on how I can recognize when I’m there and more importantly, how to get out.
